Hideaway Circus

Hideaway Circus

Canvas Sky, a One-of-a-kind Circus Under the Stars, is Making its Way Across North America with a Global Ensemble of World-Class Performers!

Friday, October 18th at 7:00 pm

Saturday, October 19th at 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm

Sunday, October 20th at 3:00 pm

Canvas Sky follows the story of a circus troupe where the clown struggles to ‘fit in’ and find his voice. He gets a little help from a friend, who embraces what makes them wonderful and unique. This narrative unfolds the way circuses were originally intended to, with daring artists performing below the starry sky, on a custom-built stage and aerial rig. Thus, the setting offers a unique open-air experience that evokes the charm of boutique, touring circuses from centuries past.

The fearless and agile artists, whose accolades rival the stars themselves, have come from all corners of the world, including Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Argentina, and the US, to perform with Hideaway Circus’s critically acclaimed shows. Guests can expect to see unparalleled skills in this cast.

  • Aerial artists with experience spanning from Cirque du Soleil to the dazzling stages of Las Vegas, whose feats promise to transport audiences to ethereal heights with cloud-high stunts.
  • A three-time World Juggling Champion, who holds eight juggling world records and clinched the coveted #1 spot in the 2023 Juggling World Champions!
  • Masters of the teeterboard, whose harmonious blend of strength, precision, and comedic flair guarantees an exhilarating rollercoaster of thrills and laughter.
  • And clowns that craft an unforgettable experience with boundless wit, leaving audiences chortling, sore in the stomach, and hungry for more of their comedic genius.

Do not miss the chance to witness this unforgettable spectacle coming for the first time to Corsicana, Texas.

Besides the incredible circus show, here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Wine & Wine Slushes for adults 🍷
  • Concession Items like hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, cotton candy, soft drinks, and water 🍿🌭
  • Three Tiers of Seating starting at just $25, with children under 4 getting in for free 👶

CANCELED – Hideaway Circus took a direct hit from Hurrican Helene while in Tennessee causing damages to their stage and equipment. Therefore, in the interest of safety for the cast, crew and audience, the show has been taken off the road for much needed repairs. We hope to have them join us in the fall of 2025. Our prayers go out to all that have been affected by this devastating Hurricane.

Courtney Prater is from Corsicana. Courtney grew up singing in church and alongside her mother. She developed a love for music at a young age. Her music is best described as country, but with a soulful bluesy influence. She blends covers of country, classic rock, pop, & blues songs in her own signature style that includes a little something for everyone.

July 7, 2024 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Mikayla learned to speak and sing at the same time and sang harmonies while still in a car seat. She grew up watching her grandfather from the side of the stage, as he performed, and she fell into singing and writing songs as if it were just something everyone did. She has been on stage since she was eight and has become a regular favorite at many venues including Angelita Vineyard & Winery. Mikayla plays guitar, banjo, ukulele, and harmonica.

July 20, 2024 Noon to 4:00 pm

Combining styles of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Elvis Presley and Robert Cray, Sandy is a singer/songwriter that will leave you wanting more. His energy pushes through the crowd, invigorating the listeners to get up and move, sing along and enjoy the ride.

July 27, 2024 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Shane Holcomb has been playing and singing music for over 20 years. He started playing small gigs while in college and it quickly grew into a passion that continues today. Country music is what his setlists are built around, however, he does a variety of music during the gig. Shane’s goal is to have a foundation that reflects his musical identity, but also “read” the crowd and try to offer something for everyone there. Although he has been singing for over twenty years, he is currently the principal of Mexia Middle School.
